It’s time for your favorite series of Questions and Answers so here we are at the 10th edition. In this time, I hope that some of you got the solution of their problem. Today we have questions about the BlackBerry Tour 9630, enjoy it.

1) Q: It looks like I did something to my phone because the DM doesn’t recognize it anymore, how can I fix this?
A: You should pull the battery and run the update but then you will have to install each app separately which is a hard process.

2) Q: I need to find someone’s number that was not on my contact list and he called me in the past. All I can view is missed calls and e-mails. I want to add it to my contact list, how can I do this?
A: There are two ways: either you press the green dial key and then you should see the 20 most recent calls or you can open your main Messages folder > Menu key > View Folders > Phone Call Logs.

3) Q: I have installed BB Messenger but it’s not shown in downloads or under any other icon, how can I use it?
A: If you hold the BlackBerry logo key, the BB Messenger should be seen in the app switcher ribbon that pops up. If it doesn’t that mean it’s not installed.
