2) Q: When I call someone, my phone number isn’t showed so how can I undo that?
A: You must press the green key then press the menu key and select options then general options and scroll down to “Restrict my identity” and change it to “Never”.

3) Q: Many of the apps that came with my phone disappeared; how can I get them back?
A: All you need to do is just to re-load the apps; it has nothing to do with a restore or a backup.
