I noticed that a lot of you loved this series of ‘Questions & Answers’ which makes me very happy because the reason that I started these posts was to answer at your BlackBerry issues. Without any other introductions, I start this new episode from ’Q&A’.

1) Q: It is said that the BlackBerrys have this common issue of reading barcodes from them which also happened to me. What should I do?
A: Well, it might happen because you have a screen cover or because there is a slight reflective surface that was causing this. Try solving that.

2) Q: I am able to change the font size of my web browser but each time I visit a new website, the font size becomes tiny. What should I do?
Unfortunately, the single solution I found here is just to change from the “Page View” to “Column View” but I hope this will work for those of you having this problem.

3) Q: How can I put a site shortcut on my screen?
A: Well, this is a novice question but you should know that you can’t put website shortcuts on your screen. You have to write a mini-applet that invoked the browser and points to an url.
