A: While your phone is on, try removing the battery for 30 seconds.

2) Q: I found a guide on the internet to remove the IT policy on my BlackBerry 8900 but when I get to step 6 where I need to open the desktop manager, I get the error saying “An error occured while processing the policy file. Please contact your administrator for assistance.”
A: Some people may say that you didn’t follow well the first step but if you did, try wiping the handset, doing a clean install of the OS and then using JL_Cmdr to factory reset.

3) Q: What BlackBerry 8900 accessories work with the BlackBerry 9700?
A: Well, if there is any accessory that might not work you probably need to downgrade your OS to solve that. I don’t really know what specified accessories might work.
