Here is a new episode from the Questions & Answers series and this time I will answer at some random questions that people had over the internet so I hope I will also answer at least at one of your questions.

1)  Q: On the top left hand side I see a symbol that looks like the web2go logo; what this means ?
A: That is a bowser push message which may be a glorified bookmark or saved URL and you can get rid of it by going to your Messages application and you should see a message that has the same icon next to it. read it or delete it.

2) Q: I exceeded the maximum password times and it asks me to enter "blackberry" to continue. What should I do?
A: On the 5th or 10th you need to enter "blackberry" to gain another password attempts and if you don't put in the password on the 10th, your device will get wiped.

3) Q: Is it true that the top update version for 7290 is v4.1 and can I use the v4.1.0.314?
A: Yes you can and do both things but it's suggested to use the v4.1.0.314 because it's a lot better than the v4.1.
